Room allocation could use refinement!!! Air conditioning needs urgent attention, as several rooms suffer from inadequate cooling!!! Towels were often unavailable, leading to frustrating waits during peak hours!!! Better communication with the reception staff would enhance the experience!!!

We just spent 4 nights enjoying the pleasant sea view and the lovely, clean rooms. The food was decent, but we could have used more variety and a toaster at breakfast. Overall, it was a nice experience.
